This was my first ever Lil Tecca concert. He said it was going to be one of his greatest tours yet. He definitely delivered and other fans were very pleased with his work.
This was his opening show for the U.S leg. He had toured Europe before America. People from Europe were saying that it was his best tour ever.
Me and my good friend took an Uber to MGM Music Hall in Fenway. We had just come off of work and he had invited me to go with him. I was unsure but then I said yes. We made the mistake of getting there a little late.
The openers were complete stinkers and to be quite honest the DJ was better than the two openers that Lil Tecca had. The DJ played songs from other artists and it had the crowd going crazy. We were in the pits and I had almost passed out and Tecca wasn’t even out yet.
Lil Tecca finally came out and I had this huge wave of nostalgia. It felt unreal considering the fact I was about eight or nine when I started listening to him, and now I was at one of his concerts.

I feel like the high point when he went back to one of his first songs called “Ransom.” Everyone and their mom knew this song because of how much it had blown up in the past. I did not see much of a problem when he played his new stuff because I feel as if he balanced out his new songs with old ones so newer and older fans were happy.
He played some of the new stuff but then went really really far back in the last few tracks. The mosh pits were going crazy and I made the mistake of bringing so much stuff in my pockets.
I’ve been a fan since he dropped his mixtape “We love you tecca”. I have listened to him for a while now and it felt really unreal to be at one of his concerts. It made my inner younger self happy. I thought his prior work was amazing.
I listened to the new album and I thought it was decent. Although he has dropped different albums in the past it was definitely a different approach compared to his other albums. On this specific one he went for a more concert sounding album. But I will always prefer old Tecca.
I feel like he just wanted to make the show as memorable as possible, for both his new and older fans. It definitely is one of the best concerts I have been to.
