Cozy atmosphere, cost friendly food, and a wide range of food options are all what makes Sunrise Kitchen a place to always come back to.
It’s a pretty small restaurant but has a very nice ‘homey’ atmosphere due to the coloring of the restaurant, the paintings on the wall and the overall service. The server always has a nice attitude and I can’t recall a time when a smile wasn’t on his face.
The best dish to order is either the french toast or the pancakes. The dishes are very simple but taste great and have really good proportions
The cost of a meal there is very cheap. None of the food costs more than eight dollars. When ordering food you can get sides of sausage, bacon, etc. for only a few dollars more. Some of the dishes come with home fries and toast automatically.
In all honesty there aren’t really any foods to avoid when going there, but I wouldn’t recommend going there if you have a small appetite. Speaking as someone who goes there frequently, the food is definitely filling. The only overall downside to me would be their hours. Some days I get such a craving for their french toast and remember that, oh shoot, they’re closed.
If you are someone who likes breakfast foods then this would be my recommendation. Sunrise Kitchen does have a lunch menu as well but I have personally never had it since their breakfast food is what reels me in.
Sunrise Kitchen is a great place to go for a cheap and filling meal, the service is top tier and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming to everyone.
Sunrise Kitchen is on Main Street. It’s open everyday from 7am to 1pm.
