The “small town” or “at home” feeling when you walk into Chriscilla’s is something like no other. I associate the place with summer and childhood because I would spend a lot of time on Broadway when I was younger in the summer and I would always eat at Chriscilla’s. I would go there with my babysitter when I was 7 and get pizza and french fries.
The best dishes to order in my opinion are the fries because they have the perfect crispy crunch and they taste really good. The other dish is the pizza because in my opinion Brazilians do pizza best and the pizza from Chriscilla’s is super good and the different types all taste good.
The values are from 13$-$20. To me the prices are reasonable. I don’t think there are many things to avoid. If you like burgers or typical burger place food and pizza you would like Chrisilla’s.
It is a tight knit place that gives off a homey and “small town” vibe. When you walk in the tables are right in front of the door and when you order the grill and kitchen is right behind the register. To me it gives off summer vibes and “childhood” vibes. In the summer, the dim lighting ties together the perfect hot, summer day. Now with summer around the corner that’s all anyone could wish for.
