This song happens to be a diss against Drake. He starts the song by saying he knows the industry is angry and hates him so they will have to just wait and see when he “pops out.” He starts the song off strong and starts dissing Drake. He states that Drake likes little girls or more specifically “likes them young,” and how the whole time he did “have some hope in him.”
He continues the beef by saying he “better not go to cell block one,” implying that some people are waiting for him there. He deepens the diss track by saying to whoever thinks they are interested in him that they should hide their younger sibling from him because he is a pedophile.
Later into the song he continues to blatantly disrespect Drake. He says “certified lover boy, no certified pedophile” referencing Drake’s album “Certified Lover Boy,” a song that he had previously released.
Breaking down these lyrics, you can say that he is further hating Drake for liking younger girls. He asks, maybe even trolling Drake at this point or trying to make him madder, “Aren’t you tired? Tryna strike a cord and it’s probably a minor,” making a guitar joke because of the industry that they are both dissing over and also relating it to the pedophile part of the situation.
He starts singing the main chorus of the song stating that Drake “can’t be like them,” more specifically singing “Not Like Us” numerous times. He then states that he is higher in the industry, neither clearly stating good or bad at this point. He says that the audience’s eyes are all on him and just flames Drake for basically not releasing a diss track back on him. He implies that if the industry puts the wrong label on him then he’s gonna get them dropped.
His other main chorus was “You run to ATL. when you need a few dollars, no you not a college you a colonizer.” This implies that if somebody is just working for the money and if they try and act sour they better watch out because they only run to Atlanta for money reasons.
He begins a new topic saying “The family matter and the truth of the matter is God planned to show y’all the liar.” Therefore, it’s obvious now who the real liar is. It’s very obvious and clear that somebody was Drake.
